About Woosh

Woosh is fast-growing, sustainability-driven organisation whose mission is to make baby diapers circular. Woosh aims to divert the diaper from the waste mountain while relieving child carers and parents of the hassle around diaper logistics. Woosh operates in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia with an ecological diaper service and focuses primarily on nurseries, reception parents and, by extension, parents. In addition, Woosh continues to innovate and pioneer to close the loop by recycling the diapers into new materials.

Profile

As an “all-round digital partner” at Woosh, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the core digital platforms Including:

  • All-in-one ERP system (Odoo)
  • Integrations with logistics partners and planning tools
  • B2B ordering platform (bespoke build)
  • Corporate website and B2C webshop (WordPress)

You have an overall view of digital processes and tools, ensuring they are aligned with Woosh’s strategic goals. You are also hands-on and willing to dive into the systems yourself. This role gives you the opportunity to be highly involved in all digital aspects of a fast-growing environment and to grow along with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Management and continuous improvement of business data structure and process flows.
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvements (large and small) together with operational team and definition of functional requirements.
  • Functional analysis and implementation of small / low complexity projects using no-code or low-code customisation.
  • Functional analysis and briefing of large / high complexity projects to development partners for execution.
  • Project management of development and implementation projects including planning and testing of new releases and sign-off for go-live.
  • Managing pipeline of requirements and future developments across all platforms.
  • Research, evaluation and implementation of new digital tools based on business needs.
  • Creation and maintenance of systems documentation.
  • Management of day-to-day IT tools and hardware as required (VOIP telephone system, office Wifi and printer, MS365 accounts and emails, dropbox, driver tablets, …)

Who we are looking for

  • You have a degree in systems, computing, engineering or similar technical field.
  • You have experience (min 2 years) in a technical role managing or developing systems and processes.
  • You have good communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Dutch or French.
  • You are a team player with a start-up mindset.
  • You have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • You are a self-sufficient project manager who can handle multiple projects across different domains at the same time.
  • You think in systems and see the big picture but can drill down to the lowest level of detail when needed.
  • You are diligent and pragmatic.
  • You enjoy managing high level impactful projects but you always make time to fix the printer when it stops working.
  • Knowledge of Odoo and/or python is a plus.
  • Experience in UI / UX design is a plus.
