Customer Care Professional
Als Customer Care Specialist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Klantgerichtheid en klantvriendelijkheid staan centraal in jouw rol, waarin je snel en effectief inspeelt op hun vragen en behoeften. Je ondersteunt het sales team door klanten te contacteren, hen te informeren over nieuwe ontwikkelingen, en administratieve taken uit te voeren.
Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden werk je soepel samen met collega’s en partners, waardoor klantverzoeken efficiënt worden afgehandeld. Je bent proactief, flexibel en kunt goed functioneren onder druk, wat bijdraagt aan de best mogelijke service voor onze klanten.
All-round Digital Partner
As an Allround Digital Partner at Woosh, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the core digital platforms including all-in-one ERP system (Odoo), integrations with logistics partners and planning tools, B2B ordering platform (bespoke build) and the corporate website and B2C webshop (WordPress).
You have an overall view of digital processes and tools, ensuring they are aligned with Woosh's strategic goals. You are also hands-on and willing to dive into the systems yourself. This role gives you the opportunity to be highly involved in all digital aspects of a fast-growing environment and to grow along with the company.
Finance & Admin Support
As Finance & Admin Support at Woosh, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure that the financial and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You work accurately, are an administrative jack-of-all-trades and enjoy a varied range of tasks that you can tackle independently, but with the necessary support. Both a part-time and full-time contract are possible (from 50%) as well as a combination with home work (up to 20%).
